The Michigan Restaurant & Lodging Association (MRLA) released the results of a survey early in the summer sharing insights from businesses on the development of the hospitality industry since the height of the pandemic. The survey showed that businesses are still struggling in multiple different facets of the industry. The main three issues they’re facing: Workforce challenges, inflation, and supply chain.
